The highlight of my recent 3 day weekend in Boston was not the Freedom Trail, walking the site of our founding fathers, the beautiful 70 degree Indian Summer weather, the women blogger's conference - - - it was hanging out with Lily!!
Here she is in her chili pepper - or should I say - LILY PEPPER costume for Haloween. She agreed to put it on for me as a preview. The custest little pepper anywhere - wouldn't you agree???

Those little baby costumes are awesome. Pumkins were always popular at our house it seems.
Why is it that "edible baby" is such a pervasive theme? Pumpkins, peppers, and I know someone who had a peapod costume for their babe. What's up with that?

wow. just wow. i'm with kate that the number one reason to have kids is for the funny jokes, but a close second is for the cute baby clothes. lily pepper meets both requirements. i love and lily and anne are making the same facial expression--so cute. happy halloween!
